This is a JDM Authentic Mugen Wing FULL ASSEMBLY. The unit is new but does have minor cosmetic wear from being in storage. With a nice buff or polish it will be near perfect.

It has to come off an actual car. In this case it is included but IS NOT NEW but the third brake light is and was imported from Japan. Hardware is included as seen in the photos. What you see is what you get. Feel free to ask any questions.
