The valve cover has had all oils, gunk residue burnt off, all front casting marks are shaved and smoothed out for a clean finish, then professionally media blasted uniformly for a perfect bonding surface for the powder coat.

All media is THOROUGHLY blown out of the valve cover prior to powder coat and is extremely clean on the inside, all important surfaces are masked off prior to coating. Powder Coated in a Mugen Formula Gray The powder coating finish is extremely durable and can withstand the heat inside the engine bay for years without fading, chipping or flaking unlike cheap spray paint.
